Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling if sufficient time is unavailable.

Payment is due upon completion of your appointment. We accept major payment methods available at the salon.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding a service received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss an appropriate solution.

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, scalp conditions, or medical concerns before your appointment to ensure we provide the safest possible service.
